Renewal FAQs

  • What are renewals?
    Born & Raised Renewals are the chance for you to buy the same passes and /or camping spot you had in 2021 for Born & Raised 2022. It guarantees that nobody else gets your camping spot or festival pass.
  • How do I renew?
    Your 2021 Passes that are renewable for 2022 are automatically loaded in your ticketing account. Below are steps to walk you through purchasing your renewals. This process involves updating your password in your ticketing account.  

    •  Click  “RENEW PASSES” 
    • Before entering your account information you’ll need to reset your password (don’t sign in with Facebook). Click ‘Forgot Password’ and the original email you purchased passes with. Click ‘Send Email’, and you should receive an email from noreply@axs.com to reset your password 
    • Follow the steps to reset your password. Once you have reset your password, return to the login page and enter your email with the new password you created 
    • Go to the Dashboard in the top left on the page – your 2021 pass details that are renewable for 2022 will be listed there 
    • In the dashboard, click the “Get tickets” button on the top right of the screen 
    • Once your renewal reservation appears, you have the option to add or remove your renewable items from your order. Click ‘Continue’ when you are ready 
    • Enter credit card information for your purchase, and follow the purchase instructions.  
    • Sit back, crack open a cold one, and start prepping for September 
  • There’s no lineup, why in the hell would I renew my passes without a lineup?
    If you loved the passes you purchased, loved where your campsite was at, and want to replicate that experience then renew your passes. Besides, you know 2022’s lineup is going to be 🔥
  • What happens if I don’t renew my passes?
    Once the renewals period ends on February 28 your 2021 passes are automatically removed from your account. This means they are now available to anyone to purchase during the public On Sale. You can purchase passes again once we announce the lineup and go on sale to the public. During the public On Sale, passes are not guaranteed and may sell out quickly.
  • Can I use a payment plan this early?
    Does a Randy Rogers song make you two-step? Yes. The answer’s yes. If you came for the hoe-down and can’t wait to do it again, now’s the best time to use a payment plan and break your order into 5 payments.  Click here for more info.
  • What if I have changed my email address since I purchased in 2021?
    You will need to update your email before purchasing your renewals and we’re happy to help. Call Ticket Purchase Support at (888) 371-7328 (M-F 9a-6p CT). 
  • What if I want to upgrade my passes or campsite?

    Follow the "How to Renew" steps 1 - 3, then before renewing your passes click “Upgrade My Passes” on the left hand side.

    •  Fill out the upgrade document with your information
    • Finish the purchase process for your 2022 renewals. Yes, that means you will buy the same passes as 2021 even though you want to upgrade them. This purchase keeps your account active so that you can get upgraded.
    • After the renewal period ends on February 28, 2021 you will be contacted directly to upgrade your passes.


  • When will passes go on sale?
    Stay tuned to Born & Raised social media for lineup and on sale updates! 
  • Is there re-entry?
    There is no re-entry without appropriate wristband. 
  • Do you offer payment plans?
    Visit our payment plans section for complete information on the payment plans available for your purchase.   
  • Can I pay off my payment plan early?
     Sure! Please contact Ticket Purchase Support:

  • Can I upgrade my pass?
    Festival passes may be upgraded at the VIP Box Office on-site pending availability.
  • Will single day passes be available later on?
    They sure will. A single day lineup will be available before single day passes go on sale.
  • Do I have to register my wristband?
    Wristband registration is required, and can be done in the Born & Raised mobile app to be released when wristbands begin shipping.
  • When will set times be released?
     Set times will be released closer to the show. Check back.
  • Can I share my wristband with another person?
    No, a single wristband is meant for a single individual and cannot be shared. Wristbands are void if tampered with or removed. 
  • How do I get ticketing customer support?

  • Can I bring a chair or blanket inside the venue? What kind of chair is OK?
    You are allowed to bring in lawn chairs and or blankets to sit on for general admission seating after inspection at the entry gate. See Clear Bag Policy for more info. 

General Questions

  • What about the weather?
    Born & Raised is an outdoor event so please know that the safety and security of all guests is of the utmost importance. Should emergency- and/or weather-related conditions present themselves, the festival may be forced to suspend programming and/or evacuate the festival grounds (to vehicle or campsite) to provide instructions for guest safety. Those instructions may be provided by audio and/or video broadcast from the stage(s), through the festival website, mobile app & related festival social media outlets. Updates and further information (such as resuming programming, re-entry to the festival, etc.) will be provided in the same manner. 

    We wish to offer the safest, most secure, & most entertaining festival experience possible, and we consider the safety and security of all festival guests to be the highest priority. Should the need arise, please follow the announcement instructions and directions of event personnel, who are available to guide you to the nearest exit. 

    Born & Raised utilizes a FLAG system to alert our guests and staff of the current weather conditions. We will have flags placed at the main gate, the VIP gate, and at the main stage. Additional flags will be located in the campground as noted below: 

    RV/Tent Camping – On the main light poles and entry to the concert area
    RV Camping – On the poles by the shower house, at the vehicle entrance and across the creeks 

    In the event of severe weather, there will be a public address announcement such as: “Ladies and Gentlemen, may I have your attention please. There is a severe weather event approaching. It is necessary that all persons safely exit the venue at this time and take immediate cover. Please remain calm and exit the venue in an orderly manner. Ample exits are available for everyone to exit quickly and safely so please do not run, push or shove. Once outside the gates please return to your vehicles until the storm passes.” During an emergency, festival teams will be deployed to assist with crowd flow and evacuation if necessary. 

    Please follow any instructions given to you via the main stage public address, and check for related updates @BornRaisedFest “TWITTER” for further information. It is important to remember that we are in an open field and in the event of severe weather, your vehicle is your safest place to go.  
  • How can I report suspicious activity?
    Please be aware of your surroundings. If you see anything suspicious or anyone acting in a suspicious manner, please report it to the nearest security supervisor or police officer immediately. IF YOU SEE SOMETHING, SAY SOMETHING. For festival assistance please call 918-824-2289 and a security team member will assist you.
  • What if I need special assistance?
    For general information or special assistance requests for Born & Raised, please contact info@bornandraisedfestival.com or 866-310.2288. We ask that all special assistance requests be communicated at least two weeks prior to the event date to ensure that your requests can be accommodated.
  • Is the festival family friendly?
     Born & Raised is an all-ages show; however, we encourage you to leave the kids at home. Should you decide to bring a child, the child will need a festival pass.
  • Are dogs allowed?
     Service Animals are welcome at Born & Raised Festival, however, Emotional Support Animals and pets are not permitted. Sorry for any inconvenience.
  • Are there refillable water stations?
     Yes, we have refillable water stations on site. You will be permitted to bring in an EMPTY water bottle for use at the refillable water station.
  • How do I request media access?

  • Can I bring my medication or insulin?
     All medical prescriptions must be in their original containers with labels that match the holder’s legal ID. Please identify yourself to security before entering the venue. Security will locate medical staff to assist you in providing a secure area to store your insulin.
  • What forms of payment do you take on site?
    Cash and all major credit cards are accepted throughout the site. ATMS are available inside the festival site, as well as, at the main general store in the campgrounds.  
  • How do I receive important updates during the festival?
    Please download the official Born & Raised festival app for up to date real time updates.
  • Is there alcohol served at the festival?
     Yes! Any alcohol purchase or consumption will require a valid picture ID and an age verification wristband. There will be a booth onsite with staff to assist you with the age verification and ID check. Alcohol will not be permitted to be brought into or leave the festival/concert site at any time. Please refer to the Alcohol Policy.
  • I have a food allergy. Can I get accommodations?
    Born and Raised Festival will make accommodations for any medically based food allergy. You may be asked to provide an official doctor’s note detailing the necessity of the item.


  • Can I bring a backpack? CLEAR BAG POLICY
    The festival has adopted a Clear Bag Policy for all guests entering the concert site. Guests will be allowed to bring the items listed below into the concert site. Also please review prohibited items, alcohol policy & firearms policy on our safety page.

    Clear Bag Policy states:  
    • A CLEAR, SEE THROUGH, plastic, vinyl or PVC bag or backpack, not exceeding 14” x 14” x 6”; OR 
    • A one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar) 
    • A camping chair that is carried in a storage bag will be permitted after proper inspection at the entry gate 
    • Any medically necessary item, after proper inspection at the entry gate 
    • One EMPTY plastic water bottle – no other water bottle materials will be allowed 
    • One blanket after being opened for proper inspection at the entry gate 
  • Can I bring in outside food or beverages?
     Outside Food and Beverage is not permitted in the Parking Area or Concert Site.  
  • What is not allowed into the concert site?
    Please refer to the Prohibited Items / Activities section for a list of prohibited items and activities, and review our alcohol, clear bag, firearm policy and more on our safety page
